89-022 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE N0. 89-022
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, PROVIDING
THAT THE COUE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS BE AMENDED BY
REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF
SECTION 31-65 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING NO PARKING AREAS;
PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEtiLING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JULY l, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted iri
Paragraph (b) of Section 31-65 of the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the following
No Parking area:
"On the West side of lOth S.E. Street from
Austin Street to Woodlawn Street."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions of
this ordinance shall be guilty of a Misdemeanor, and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on July 1,
1989.
