AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A OFFICE DISTRICT (0)
ON LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK A, BAKER ADDITION, SAVE AND EXCEPT THE
SOUTH 60 FEET , ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO LOUIS WILLIAMS ESTATE,
SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY llESIGNATED AS A TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE OFFICE UISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same is hereby established on
LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK A, BAKER ADDITION, SAVE AND EXCEPT THE SOUTH
60 FEET , on property belonging to LOUIS WILLIAMS ESTATE, so as
to include in such OFFICE DISTRICT (0) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO

follows:
Situated within the corporate limits cf the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lots 1 and 2, Block A, Baker Addition, save and
except the south 60 feet.
Section 2. That the Uirector of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance sha11 become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the lOth day o ly, 1989.
