AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 88-005 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 UF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDIN(; FOR THE
APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE OF AUGUST 1, 1989.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No.88-005 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. T'he site plan of a portion of the
property hereiti re-zoned, being Lot 22A, City Block 249
at 3010 Lamar Avenue, a copy of which is filed in the
City Clerk's Office, is approved, subject to
Engineering requirements which include detailed
drainage plans being approved by the City Engineer."
Section `L. A11 ordinances or parts ot ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on August
1, 1989.
