AN OKDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHiNG A ONE FAMI~LN PROPERTY
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) ON LOT 7, CI'TY BLOCK 74-C,
BELONGING TO DORiS HARRIS, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), be, and the same is hereby
established on Lot 7, City B1ock 74-C, on property belonging to
DORIS HARRIS, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWEWhich
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) the hereinafter described property,
was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT (2F), and that the bou~ne ard the sauie are hereby
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3 (SF-3), , an
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 7, City B1ock 74-C, 405 East Grove Street.
BEGINNING at a point in the North Boundary Line of
East Grove Street, said point being 283 feet East of
the East Boucidary Line of 3rd N.E. and being the
Southwest Corner of Lot 7, City Block 74-C;
Thence North with the West line of said Lot 7, a
distance of 208 feet to a point in the South Boundary
Line of Garrett Street;
Thence East, a distance of 48 feet to a point;
Thence South, a distance of 208 feet to a point in
the North Boundary Line ot East Grove Street;
`Thence West, a distance of 48 feet to the place of
beginning.
Section z. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 11th day o .ep mber, 1989.
