AN OKDINANCE ANiENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF YARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONINU MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLIShING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERNIIT - MOBILE HOME (39)
ON LOT 24, CITY BLOCK 234, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO KAY REID, SO
AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRI'TORY FOIZMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DIST'RICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE
BUUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRIC'T N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretotore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT -
MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT
24, CITY BLOCK 234, on property belonging to KAY REID, so as ta
include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING BISTRIC'T N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING llISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of
said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMI'T - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same are hereby
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 24, City Block 234 in the City of Paris,
Lamar County, Texas, and more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East Boundary Line of
N.W. 17th Street, said point being South, 348 feet from
the South Boundary Line of West Henderson Street;
THENCE East, 184 feet ta a point for corner;
THENCE South, 50 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE West, 187 feet to a point in the East
Boundary Line of N.W. 17th Street;
THENCE North, along the East Boundary Line ot N.W.
17th Street, 50 feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in special session convened, in the Qouncil Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 16th day o,f-'Octobe , 1989.
