AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF' THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERNIIT-NIUBILE HOME ON LOT
6-A, CITY BLOCK 161-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHARLIE POMROY,
JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A
TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLIPIG DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT'-MOFiILE HON1E SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI'TY CUUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by
the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris,
Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT-MOBILE HOME, be, and the same is hereby established on LOT
6-A, CITY BLOCK 161-A, on property belonging to CHARLIE POMROY,
JR., so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3
(SF-3) ANll SPECIFIC USE YLRMIT-MOBILE HOME the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a TWU FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the
boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME, be, and the same are hereby
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 6-A, City Block 161-A in the City of Paris,
Lamar County, Texas, and more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the North
Boundary Line of Jackson Street with the East Boundary
Line of S.E. 5th Street;
THENCE North with the East Boundary Line of S.E.
5th Street, 75 teet to a point;
THENCE East, 230 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE South, 73.5 feet to a point in the North
Boundary Line of Jackson Street;
THENCE West with the North Boundary Line of
Jackson Street, 230 feet to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. A11 ardinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City ot Paris,
in special session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 16th day o ber, 1989.
