AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY
OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY
THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; EST'ABLISHING A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT(PD-a.1) UN LOT 29, CITY BLOCK 249, GN
PROPERTY BELONGING TO GARY NASH, SU AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITORY FORMEKLY DESIGNATED AS A GENEKAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ;
AND DESIGNATING THE BUUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-
I;OMMERCIAL DISTRICT(PD-a.1) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by
Lhe Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City ot Paris,
Faris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-COMMERCIAL DISTRICT(PD-a.l), be, and the same
is hereby established on LOT 29, CITY BLOCK 249, on property
belonging to GARY NASH, so as to include in such PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT-COMNiERCIAL DISTRICT(PD-a.1) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a
GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said
PLANNED BEVELUPMENT-COMMERCIAL DISTRICT(PD-a.l), be, and the same
are hereby established as foll.ows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City
of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and
being Lot 29, City Block 249.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of
the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions
of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same,
atid in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become etfective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris,
in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall,
Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of November, 1989.
