AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 'LONING ORDINANCE N0. 88-005 WHICH
AMENDED GONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
T'EXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 UF SAID ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE
APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN GN LOT 22B, CITY BLOCK 249; REPEALING ALL
URDIIvANCES OR PARTS GF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF DECEMBER l, 1989.
BE IT ORllAtNED BY 'THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section l. T'hat Section 2 of Ordinance No. 88-005 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is
conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in
accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710,
which atter tull compliance with the procedure
established in Section 21 of said Ordinance No. 1710,
must be approved by the City Council prior to the
issuance of any building permits. The site plan,
including the drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit
A, is approved as to Lot 22B, City Block 249, as being
only part of the property required in such plat plans."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealeci.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
December 1, 1989.
