88-004 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE N0. 88-004
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID
ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF iARCH 1,
1988.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1710 of the
Citv of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. That the zoning herein granted
is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan
in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No.
1710, which after full compliance with the
procedure established in Section 21 of said
Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City
Council prior to the issuance of any buiZding
permits. The site plan, including the drainage
plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved as
to Lot 9-A, City Block 331, as being only part of
the property required in such plat plans."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
March 1, 1988.
