Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 7 of the City Charter and Section 43.142 of the
Local Government Code, to consider the disannexation of a 691.82 acre tract of
land between Cox Field and US Hwy 82 East forming a portion of the current outer
boundaries of the city limits of the City of Paris.
Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 7 of the City Charter and Section 43.142 of the
Local Government Code, to consider the disannexation of a 313.095 acre tract of
land at US Hwy 271 North forming a portion of the current outer boundaries of the
city limits of the City of Paris.
Public Hearing pursuant to Chapter 7 of the City Charter and Section 43.142 of the
Local Government Code, to consider the disannexation of a 120.01 acre tract of
land at State Hwy 19/24 South forming a portion of the current outer boundaries
of the city limits of the City of Paris.
Consideration of and action on the following resolutions:
A.
Accepting the proposal of ArchiTexas for c.ompletion of Phase II of the
Updated Historic Resource Survey of the City of Paris and authorizing the
execution of a Professional Services Agreement.
B.
Approving and authorizing a release of lien in the discounted amount of
$3,800.00 from the Temple of Deliverance Church as full and satisfactory
payment for a City tear-down lien on property located at 552 Graham Street.
C.
Nominating a candidate for membership on the Board of Directors of the
Lamar County Appraisal District.

SHOULD THE CITY COUNCIL WISH TO CONSIDER THIS MATTER TODAY, A
MOTION TO BRING THIS ITEM FROM THE TABLE IS REQUIRED.

Consider and approve future events for City Council and/or City Staff pursuant to
Resolution No. 2004-081.

Citizens Forum.
(Citizens desiring to appear under this item must limit their presentation to two (2)
minutes in duration. Under the Open Meetings Law, because advance notice of the
subject matter of each presentation was not received in time to appear on the
agenda, City Council is limited in its response to referring the matter to a future
agenda, to an existing policy, or to a staff person with specific factual information.
