<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 87R006 <br /> <br /> AN QRDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOT 11, CITY BLOCK 223, ON <br /> PROPERTY BELONGING TO NATHAN J. BELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A GENERAL RETAIL <br /> DISTRICT (GR); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or <br /> PARIS: <br /> Sectiozi 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Pa.ris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on LOT 11, CITY BLOCK 223, on property <br /> belonging to NATHAN J. BELL, so as to include in such <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, <br /> which was formerly and is presently designated as a GENERAL <br /> RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), and that the boundaries of said <br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby <br /> established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of. Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being a part of the George W. Cox <br /> Survey and also being a part of Lot 11 of the John <br /> Pettigrew Addition being duly recorded in Book <br /> 225, Page 295, of the Deed Records of said County <br /> and State and a part of the same land conveyed <br /> Irene Dickson Garner by deed of record in Book <br /> 293, Page 265 of the Deed Records of said County <br /> and State and being further described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at an iron pin for corner in the <br /> South Boundary Line of Lamar Ave., said point <br /> being West a distance of_ 100 feet from the <br /> intersection of the West Boundary Line of 20th <br /> Street Southeast and the South boundary line of <br /> Lamar Ave, said point also being the Northeast <br /> corner of said Lot 11; <br /> THENCE South 0 Degrees 35 Minutes East a <br /> distance of 200.4 feet to an iron pin for corner; <br /> THENCE South 89 Degrees 20 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 91.5 feet to a post for corner; <br /> THENCE North 80 Degrees 35 Minutes West a <br /> distance of 201.4 feet to a cross in concrete in <br /> the South Boundary Line of Lamar Ave.; <br /> THENCE East a distance of 91.5 feet to the <br /> place of beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> rnap accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions oi this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
