AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS
BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING A
NO PARKING AREA; PROVIDINC FOK A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
$200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREW3TH; AND PROVIDING FCR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
MARCH l, 1987.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Gode of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the
following No Parking area:
"On the West side or the 400 block of 4th
S.W., starting at the North curb line of West
Sherman Street, and going North 400 feet to the
back of the Department of Human Services lease
property."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C"
Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum
not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. A1.1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
March l, 1987.
