ORDINANCE N0. 87-012
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 85-034 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPFALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFI,ICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVF. DATE OF MARCH 9, 1987.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No.85-034 of
the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as
follows:
"Section 2. ThP site plan, including thp
drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shal.l become Pffective on
Niarch 9, 1987.
