AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 2124 WHICh
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THF CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF AN AMENDED SITE PLAN;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR APd EFFECTIVE DATE OF April 13,
1987.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No.2124 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The amended site plan, including
the drainage plan, attach.ed hereto as Exhibit A,
is approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances ira
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
April 13, 1987.
Passed and adopted this 13th day of April, 1987.
