ORDINANCE N0. $7_021 AN ORDINANCF AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMNIERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - tiUTO FUEL SALFS (49) ON LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 307, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ROSS WARD, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PEFZMIT - AUTO FTJEL SALES (49) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINF.D BY THE CITY COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of_ Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PFRMIT - AtJTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 307, on property belonging to ROSS WARD, sa as to include in such COM.NIERCIAL DISTRICT (C) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - AiJTO FUEL SALES (49) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundariPS of said COMMERCIAL DISTR.ICT (C) AND SPECIFIC L'SE PERMIT - AUTO FUEL SALES (49), be, and the same are hereby establisheci as follows : Situated within the corporate .limits of the City of Paris, Cou.nty of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being a part of the Reddin Russell Survey #786, and being a part of an 8.206 acre tract of land conveyed Randall S. Morphew by deed recorded in Vol. 611, Page 48, of the Deed Records of said County and State. BEGINNING at an. iron pin for corner in the West Boundary Line of U.S. Hwy. 271 at the most Easterly Northeast corner oF said Morphew tract of land, said point being the Southeast corner of a 2 acre tract of Iand now owned by the State of Texas. THENCE West a distance of 435 feet to an iron pin for corner at an el corner of said Morphew tract of land and the Southwest corner of said 2 acre tract of land; THENCE North 4 Deg. West a distance of 200 feet to an iron pin for corner at the most Northerly Northeast corner of said Morphew tract and the NQrthwest corner o.f said 2 acres; THENCE West a distance of 264 feet to an iron pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said Morphew tract of land; THENCE in a Southwesterly direction along the East Boundary Line of the S.L. and S.F. Railroad arounci a curve to the right a distance of 592 feet to an iron pin for corner at the Southwest corner of said Morphew tract of land; THENCE East a distance of 552 feet to an iron pin for corner at the Southwest corner of an 0.861 acre tract of land conveyed out of said Morphew tract of land; THENCE North 4 Deg. West a distance of 125 feet to an zron pin for corner at the Northwest corner of said 0.861 acre tract of land; THENCE East a distance of 300 feet ta an iron pin for corner at the NEC of 0.861 acres;
