87-023 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 1710 AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ON LOT 20 CITY BLOCK 312 ON PROEPRTY BELONGING TO WILLIAM DE G HAYDEN ORDINANCE N0, 37-023 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZOrdING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONF FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(SF-1) ON LOT 20, CITY BLUCK 312, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLIAM de G. HAYDEN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITOR.Y FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE QNE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(SF-1) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundari-es heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a QNE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(SF-1), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 20, CITY BLOCK 312, on property belonging to WILLIAM de G. HAYDEN, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(SF-1) the hereinafter described. property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(SF-1), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being two tracts of land further described as follows: TR.ACT ONE : A part of the Joseph Leach Survey and of the 3.673 acre tract of land conveyed by Dowell Naylor, Jr. and wife, Ollie K. Naylor, to George E. Antonirie on March 16, 1956, by deed recorded in Book 348, Page 340, Lamar County Deed P.ecords, and of the tract of land conveyed by Rolly R. Jordan and wife, Alva Lee Jordan, to George E. Antonie on October 9, 1957, by deed filed for record with the County Clerk of Lamar County on September 8, 1960, at 3:30 p.m., described by metes and bounds as follows in accordance with a survey made by R. G. Berry, Registered PUblic Surveyor, on August 29, 1960, as shown by plat and filed notes of such survey filed for record with the County Clerk of Lamar County on September 8, 1960, at 3:30 p.m.; BEGINNING at the NW corner of the above mentioned Naylor-Antoine tract o.f land, which is also the NE corner of the 3.673 acre tract of land conveyed by Charles B. Gibson and wife, Vernelle Idelle Gibson, to J.E. Guthrie and wife, Peggy C. Guthrie, on June 15, 1957 by deed recorded in Book 353, Page 569, Lamar County Deed Records; THENCE 5outh with Guthrie's EB line 200 feet, a stake; THENCE North 75" E across said Naylor-Antonie tract of land and continuing on the same course and additional 10 feet, in all 143.3 feet, a stake in the WB line of a road known as Cardinal Lane; THENCE North with the WB line of said road 200 feet, a stake in the NB line of the above mentioned Jordan-Antonie tract of land; THENCE with its NB line and the NB line of the Naylor-Antonie tract of land S 75° E 143.3 feet to the place of beginning. SECOND TRACT: A part of the Joseph Leach Survey and of the 3.673 acre tract of land conveyed by Charles B. Gibson and wife, Vernelle Idelle Gibson, to J.E. Guthrie and w~fe, Peggy C. Guthrie on June 15, 1957 by deed recorded in Book 353, Page 569, Lamar County Deed Records, described by metes and bounds a5 follows in accordance with a survey rnade by R. G. Berry, Registered PUblic Surveyor, on August 25, 1960, as shown by plat and field notes of such survey filed for record with the County Clerk of Lamar County on September 3, 1960; BEGINNING at a stake at the NW corner of said Gibson-Guthrie tract of land; THENCE South with its WB 1-ine 200 feet, a stake; THENCE North 78° E across said Gibson-Guthrie tract of land 133.3 feet, a stake in the WB line of the 3.673 acre tract of land conveyed by Dowell Naylor, Jr, ard wife, Ollie K. Naylor, to George E. Antonie on March 16, 1956 by deed recorded in Book 348, Page 340, Lamar County Deed Records; at the SW corner of the above described First Tract; THENCE North with its WB line 200 feet, a stake in the NB linP of said Gibson-Guthrie tract of land at the NW corrier of the above described First Tract; THENCE with the NB line of said Gibson- Guthrie tract of land, which is also the SB line of a tract of la.nd now owned by Dr. Clarence Gilmore S 78° W 133.3 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use nap accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room, City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the llth day of May, 1987.
