AN ORDINANCE AMENVING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHEU BY THE ZONING NiAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 20, BLOCK 4, GIBBONS PARK
ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO SUSAN NiYERS, SO AS TO
INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMFRLY BESIGNATED AS A TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND-
ARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a ONE FAr1ILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERNIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOT 20, BLOCK 4, GIBBONS PARK
ADDITION, on property belonging to SUSAN MYERS, so as to
include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3)
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that
the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3
( SF- 3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and
the same are hereby estabiished as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 20, Block 4, Gibbons Park
Addition as shown on plat of said addition filed
for rPCOrd in Plat Records, Lamar County, Texas.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
zmmediateJ_y upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the llth day of May, 1987.
