AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS
BE AT4ENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING
NO PARKING AREAS: PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
$200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OR ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
JUNE l, 1987.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
naragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the
following No Parking areas:
"In the 200 block of 2nd S. E. on the West
side, from the South curb line of East Kaufman
Street, South 75 feet.
"Both sides of the ramp exiting from South-
bound Loop 286, North of Lamar Avenue, then
circles under Loop 286 and enters Northbound Loop
286.
"Both sides of the ramp exiting Northbound
Loop 286, South of Lamar Avenue, then circles
under Loop 286 and enters Southbound Loop 286.
"Both sides of ramp exiting Loop 286, South
of F.M. 195, crosses F.M. 195, then enters Loop
286 North of F.M. 195.
"Both sides of ramp exiting Loop 286, North
of F.M. 195, crosses F.M. 195, then enters Loop
286 South of F.M. 195.
"Both sides of ramp exiting Westbound Loop
286, East of Stillhouse Road, crosses Sti_llhouse
Road, then enters Loop 286.
"Both sides of ramp exiting Eastbound Loop
286, West of Stillhouse Road, crosses StiZlhouse
Road, then enters Loop 286.
"Both sides of ramp exiting Westbound Loop
286, East of North Main Street, crosses North Main
Street, then enters Loop 286.
"Both sides of ramp exitir.g Eastbound Loop
286, West of North Main Street, crosses North Main
Street, then enters Loop 286.
"Both sides of ramp exiting Westbound Loop

Church Street, then enters Loop 286.
"Both sides of ramp exiting Westbound Loop

Church Street, then enters Loop 286.
"Both sides of ramp exiting Northbound Loop
286, South of Clarksville Street, to Clarksville
Street.
"Both sides of ramp exiting Southbound Loop
286, North of Clarksville Street, to Clarksville
Street."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C"
Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum
not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
June l, 1987.
