AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
OFFICE DISTRICT (0) ON LOTS 4 AND 6, BLOCK 3 OF THE FELTS,
FORT AND VARNER ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO ST.
JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL AND HEALTH CENTER, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWU-FAMILY
BWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF
THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY UF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) , be, and the same is hereby
established on LOTS 4 AND 6, BLOCK 3 OF THE FELTS, FORT AND
VARNER ADDITION, on property belonging to ST. JOSEPH'S
HOSPITAL AND HEALTH CENTER, so as to include in such OFFICE
DISTRICT (0) the hereinafter described property, which was
formerly and is presently designated as a TWO-FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said
OFFICE DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are hereby established
as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and beitig Lots 4 and 6, Block 3 of the
Felts, Fort and Varr_er Addition to the City of
Paris.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in reguiar session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th day of July, 1987.
