<br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 87-055 <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE <br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE $OUNDARIES <br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PEF,MIT MOBILE HOME (39) ON PART OF LOT 14, CITY BLOCk 242, <br /> ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO TROY 0. HARRELL, SO AS TO INCLUDE <br /> THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY <br /> DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND- <br /> ARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT r10BILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PARIS: <br /> Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is <br /> hereby established on PART OF LOT 14, CITY BLOCK 242, on <br /> property belonging to TROY 0. HARRELL, limited to the <br /> purpose of placing a mobile home for use of Mr. Harrell's <br /> disabled son for a period of five (5) years at which time <br /> this Specific Use Permit will expire; which Specific Use <br /> Permit is conditioned upan the placing of utilities and the <br /> sub-dividing of the lot into two (2) lots with the lot upon <br /> which the mobile home is to be placed Ueing at least 100' x <br /> 1001; so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT <br /> N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT MOBILE HOME (39) the <br /> hereinatter described property, which was formerly and is <br /> presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2 <br /> (SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING <br /> DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT MOBILE HOME <br /> (39), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being part of Lot 14, City Block 242 <br /> and more particularly described as follows: <br /> BEGINNING at a point in the South boundary <br /> line of Plum Street, said point being East, 665 <br /> feet from the East boundary line of 24th N.W. and <br /> said point being the Northeast corner of Lot 14, <br /> City Block 242; <br /> THENCE South with the East boundary line of <br /> said Lot 14, a distance of 100 feet to a point; <br /> THENCE West a distance of 100 feet to a <br /> point; <br /> THENCE North, a distance of 100 feet to a <br /> point in the South boundary line of Plum Street; <br /> THENCE East, with the South boundary line of <br /> Plum Street a distance of 100 feet to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> immediately upon passage. <br />
