AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL DISTRICT (PDa) ON LOTS 4, 5 AlV`D
6, BLOCK B, WYNNWOOD ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHN
HEARN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-HOUSING DISTRICT (PD-b);
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL DISTRICT (PDa) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL DISTRICT (PDa), be,
dnd the same is hereby established on LOTS 4, 5 AND 6, BLOCK
B, WYNNWOOD ADDITION, on property belonging to JOHN HEARN,
so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL DISTRICT
(PDa) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly
and is presently designated as a PLANNED DEVELOPMENT-HOUSING
DISTRICT (PD-b), and that the boundaries of said PLANNED
DEVELOPMENT-RETAIL PISTRICT (PDa), be, and the same are
hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lots 4, 5 and 6, Block B,
Wynnwood Addition to the City of Paris.
Section 2. That the zoning herein granted is
conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan in accordance
with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No. 1710, which after tull
compliance with the procedure established in Section 21 of
said Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City
Council prior to the issuance of any building permits.
Section 3. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 4. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 19th day of October,
1987.
