87-067 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE NO 84-042 WHICH AMENDED ZONING ORDNINANCE NO 1710 BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE N0. 87-067
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 84-042 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 9, 1987.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No.84-042 of
the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as
follows:
"Sectior 2. That the zoning herein granted
is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan
in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No.
1710, which after fu.ll compliance with the
procedure established in Section 21 of said
Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City
Council prior to the issuance of any building
permits. The site plan, including the drainage
plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is approved as
to Lot 2E, City Block 313, as shown on plat
approved by the City Council on November 5, 1987,
and being only part of the property required in
such plat plans,"
Section 2. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
November 9, 1987.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of November, 1987.
