That the boundaries heretofore established <br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of <br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, <br /> and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND <br /> SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-CHILD DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the <br /> same is hereby established on LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 201, on <br /> property belongir_g to JOHN GABBERT, so as to include in such <br /> ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE <br /> PERMIT-CHILD DAY CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter described <br /> property, which was formerly and is presentiy designated as <br /> a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the <br /> boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) <br /> AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-CHILD DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and <br /> the same are hereby established as follows: <br /> Situated within. the corporate limits of the <br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of <br /> Texas, and being Lot 7, City Block 201 iti the City <br /> of Paris and more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot <br /> 7, City Block 201, said point being in the North <br /> Boundary Line of Bonham Street, 362 feet East of <br /> the East Boundary Line of 23rd N.W.; <br /> THENCE North 317 feet more or less to a point <br /> in the South Boundary Line of Maple Street, the <br /> Northwest corner of said Lot 7; <br /> THENCE East 75.5 feet along the South <br /> Boundary Line of Maple Street to the Northeast <br /> corner of said Lot 7; <br /> THENCE South 317 feet to a point in the North <br /> Boundary Line of Bonham Street, the Southeast <br /> corner of said Lot 7; <br /> THENCE West 75.5 feet alotlg the North <br /> Boundary Line of Bonham Street to the place of <br /> beginning. <br /> Section 2. That the Director of Community Development <br /> of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to <br /> change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance <br /> with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and thP land use <br /> map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the <br /> provisions of this orditiance. <br /> Section 3. A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in <br /> conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. <br /> Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective <br /> imsnediately upon passage. <br />
