ORDINANCE rro. 87-072 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS ANll CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-CHILD DAY CARE CENTER (25) ON LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 201, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHN GABBERT, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TEF.RITORY FOIZNiERI.Y DESIGr3ATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GNE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PER.NfIT-CHILD DAY CARE CENTER (25) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-CHILD DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same is hereby established on LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 201, on property belongir_g to JOHN GABBERT, so as to include in such ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-CHILD DAY CARE CENTER (25) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presentiy designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2) AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-CHILD DAY CARE CENTER (25), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within. the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot 7, City Block 201 iti the City of Paris and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of said Lot 7, City Block 201, said point being in the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street, 362 feet East of the East Boundary Line of 23rd N.W.; THENCE North 317 feet more or less to a point in the South Boundary Line of Maple Street, the Northwest corner of said Lot 7; THENCE East 75.5 feet along the South Boundary Line of Maple Street to the Northeast corner of said Lot 7; THENCE South 317 feet to a point in the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street, the Southeast corner of said Lot 7; THENCE West 75.5 feet alotlg the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and thP land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this orditiance. Section 3. A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imsnediately upon passage.
