AN ORDINANCE QF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIUING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, BE
AMENDED BY ADDING AN ARTICLE TO CHAPTER ADMINISTRATION,
TO SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR ADOPTION OF CITY OF PARIS
PERSONNEL POLICIES; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF
C?RDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, 1988.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Chapter 2 0-4 the Code of Urdinances
of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended by adding an
Article entitled "City of Paris Personnel Policies",
attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Section 2. Al1 ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
January 1, 1988.
