86-004 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE N0. 86-004
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS
BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING A
NO PARKING AREA; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED
$200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OR ORDINANCES IN
CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF
APRIL l, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the
following No Parking area:
"On the West (inside) and East (outside)
sides of Loop 286 N. E., beginning 845 feet
Northwest of the West right-of-way of 34th N. E.,
Street; thence South.east for 1000 feet."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C"
Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fin.ed in any sum
not to exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herPwith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
April 1, 1986.
