86-005 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE N0. 86-005
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCF.S OF THE CITY OF FARIS
BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC PARKTNG MAP ADOPTED IN
PARAGR,APH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ELIMINATING A
LOADING ZONE; PR.OVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00;
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OR ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR. AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL l,
1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 29-112 of_ the Code of Ordinances of
the Ci.ty of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to exclude
a Loading Zone as follows:
"On the East side of lst S. W. Street,
beginning 128 feet South of the South curb line of
West Austin Street; thence South 35 feet."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C"
Misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in anv sum
not to exceed $200.00. ,
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
April 1, 1986.
