AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 21, CITY BLOCK 83, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO DANNY EASLEY, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are herPby changed,
and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOT 21, CITY BLOCK 83, on property
belonging to DANNY EASLEY, so as to include in such ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the
boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3)
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being I.ot 21, City Block 83, located at
561 N.W. lOth Street and more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary
Line of N.W. lOth Street, 450 feet more or less
South of the South Boundary Line of West Shiloh
Street;
THENCE West 130 feet to the Northwest corner
of said Lot 21, City Block 83;
THENCE South, 40 feet to the Southwest corner
of said lot;
THENCE East 110 feet to the Southeast corner
of said lot, said point being in the West Boundary
Line of N.W. lOth Street;
THENCE Northeasterly with the West Boundary
Line of N.W. lOth Street, 46 feet more or less to
the point of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Sectioti 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 12th day of May, 1986.
