AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT l, CITY BLOCK 175-A, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO DANNY BROCKWAY, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3)
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOT 1, CITY BLOCK 175-A, on property
belonging to DANNY BROCKWAY, so as to include in such ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) ANB SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the
boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3)
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the
same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 1, City Block 175-A and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the North boundary
line of Grove Street, said paint being the
Southwest corner of Lot 7, Block 6 of Harlan
Heights Addition, said point also being 207 feet
West of the West boundary line of 14th N.E.
Street;
THENCE West with the North boundary line of
Grove Street, 60 feet to the Southwest corner of
said Lot 1, City Block 175-A;
THENCE North, 180 feet to the Northwest
corner of said Lot 1, City Block 175-A;
THENCE East, 60 feet to the Northeast corner
of said 1ot;
THENCE South, 180 feet to the place of
beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 9th day of June, 1986.
