AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 85-068 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JUNE 9, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No.85-068 of
the City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as
follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the
drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
June 9, 1986.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of June, 1986.
