AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TE}S.AS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) ON LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 74-D, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO CLYDF BEACHAM, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A CONIMERCIAL
DISTRICT (C); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE
FAYiILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE FERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOT 8, CITY BLOCK 74-D, on property
belonging to CLYDE BEACHAM, so as to include in such ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), and that the boundaries of said
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MbBILE HOME (39), be, and the same are hereby
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 8, City Block 74-D, and more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the West Boundary
Line of 3rd Northeast, said point being South
188.0 feet from the South Boundary I.ine of Santa
Fe Street ar.d being the Northeast corner of said
Lot 8;
THENCE South with the west Boundary Line of
3rd Northeast, a distance of 43 feet to a point
for the Southeast corner of said Lot 8;
THENCE West a distance of 127 feet to the
Southwest corner of said Lot 8;
THENCE North a distance of 43 feet to the
Northwest corner of said Lot 8;
THENCE East, a distance of 127 feet to the
place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City.of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordiilance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular sessian convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 14th day of July, 1986.
