AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT-MOBILE HONiE (39) ON LOT 43, CITY BLOCK 160, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARCUS KING, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING
DIS1'RiCT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES QF THE ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
ancl that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOT 43, CITY BLOCK 160, on property
belonging to MARCUS KING, so as to include in such ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39) the hereinafter described property,
which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO
FAt?ILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of
said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC
USE PERMIT-MOBILE HOME (39), be, and the same are hereby
established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being more particularly described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East Boundary
Line of 3rd S.E., said point being North, 420 feet
from the North Boundary Line of Jackson Street and
being the Southwest corner of Lot 43, City Block
160;
THENCE North with the East Boundary Line of
3rd S.E., 54 feet to a point, the Northwest corner
of said Lot 43;
THENCE East, 150 feet to a point, the
Northeast corner of said Lot 43;
THENCE South, 54 feet to a point, the
Southeast corner of said Lot 43;
THENCE West, 150 feet to the place of
beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the Sth day of September,
1986.
