AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PAkIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
ONE FANiILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), LIMITED TO THE RESIDENTIAL USE OF
ONE MOBILE HOME OWNED AND OCCUPIED ONLY BY MARY MCCOOL AND
J. D. MCCOOL, OR EITHER OF THEM, ON LOT 5, CITY Bi,OCK 133,
ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO MARY MCCOOL, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A MUI.TI-FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1)-; AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3)
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), LIMITED TO THE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section I. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND
SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), LIMITED TO THE
RESIDENTIAL USE OF ONE NIOBILE HOME OWNED AND OCCUPIED ONLY
BY MARY MCCOOL AND J. D. MCCOOL, OR EITHER OF THEM, be, and
the same is hereby established on LOT 5, CITY BLOCK 133, on
property belonging to MARY MCCOOL, so as to include in such
ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3) AND SPECIFIC USE
PERMIT - r10BILE HOME (39), LIMITED TO THE RESIDENTIAL USE OF
ONE MOBILE HOME OWNED AND OCCUPIED ONLY BY MARY MCCOOL AND
J. D. MCCQOL, OR EITHER OF THEM, the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
a MULTI-FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 1(MF-1), and that the
boundaries of said ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3)
AND SPECIFIC USE PERMIT - MOBILE HOME (39), LIMITED TO THE
RESIDENTIAL USE OF ONE MOBILE HOME OWNED AND OCCUPIED ONLY
BY MARY MCCOOL AND J. D. MCCOOL, OR EITHER OF THEM, be, and
the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 5, City Block 133 and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary
Line of West Sherman Street, said point being 553
feet in a Westerly direction from the West
Boundary Line of 7th S.W. and being the Northeast
corner of said Lot 5;
THENCE South a distance of 186 feet to a
point, the Southeast corner of said Lot 5;
THENCE West a distance of 50 feet to a point,
the Southwest corner of said Lot 5;
THENCE North a distance of 186 feet to a
point in the South Boundary Line of West Sherman
Street, the Northwest corner of said Lot 5;
TfiENCE East a distance of 50 feet to the
place of beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. That the City Clerk of the City of Paris,
be, and she is hereby directed to cause notice of the above
described Special Use Permit to be placed upon the Deed
Records of Lamar County, Texas.
Section 4. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 20th day of October,
1986.

THAT the duly elected and constituted City Council of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, adopted an ordinance on the
20th day of October, 1986, establishing zoning which
includes a Specific Use Permit, Mobile Home (39), limited to
the residential use of one mobile home owned and occupied
only by Mary McCool and J. D. McCool, or either of them, on
the following property:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 5, City Block 133 and being
more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South Boundary
Line of West Sherman Street, said point being 553
