ORDINANCE N0. 86-044
AN ORDINANCE ANIENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 83-034 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF NOVEMBER 10, 1986.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THF. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1710 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. That the zoning herein granted
is conditioned upon the submission of a Site Plan
in accordance with Section 8-302 of Ordinance No.
1710, which after full compliance with the
procedure established in Section 21 of said
Ordinance No. 1710, must be approved by the City
Council prior to the issuance of any building
permits. The site plan, including the drainage
plan, attached hereto as Eyhibit A, is approved as
to Lot 4, City Block 285 only, being only part of
the property required in such plat plans."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict h.erewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
November 10, 1986.
