AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
nTEIGHBORH00D SERVICE DISTRICT (NS) ON LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK
10, BELMONT ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO BETTY RUTH
HOUSTON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT NO. 3( SF-3
AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
DISTRICT (NS) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the
same is hEreby established on LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK 10,
BELMONT ADDITION, OI1 property belonging to BETTY RUTH
HOUSTON, so as to include in such NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE
DISTRICT (NS) the hereinafter described property, which was
formerly and is presenrly designated as a ONE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), and that the boundaries of
said NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICE DISTRICT (NS), be, and the same
are hereby established as f.ollows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
TeYas, and being Lots 1 and 2, Block 10, Belmont
Addition.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conf_lict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ardinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 8th day of December,
1986.
