AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2,
STELLROSE APDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JAMES R.
COLEMAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNAT ONTIIE BOUN ARIES N OF I THEIC GEP ERAL (RETAIL
AND DESIGNATING
DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changPd,
and that a GEPIERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and thSTELLROSE
hereby established on LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2,
ADDITION, on property belonging to JAMES R. COLEMAN, so as
to include in such GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) the
hereinarter described property, which was formerly and is
presen_tly desigr_ated as a ONE FAMILY D4JELLING DISTRICT N0. 2
(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said GENERAL RETAIL
DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same are hereby established as
follows:
Situated within the carporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 2, STELLROSE
ADDITION.
Section 2. That the Director of Comunity Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provi_sions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
