ORDINANCE rd0. $5-004 AN ORDINANCE AMENDIPdG ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY QF PARIS, PARIS, TEXA.S AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING AN OFFICE rISTRICT (0) ON LOT l, CITY BLOCK 220-A, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO JOHN H. ARNOLD, SQ AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OFFICE DISTRICT (0) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAIPIED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l, That the boundaries hereto£ore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texa.s, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a OFFICE DISTRICT (0) , be, and the same is hereby established on LOT l, CITY BLOCK 220-A, on property belonging to JOHN H. ARNOLD, so as to include in such OFFICE DISTRICT (0) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), and that the boundaries of said OFFICF DISTRICT (0), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corpor_ate limits af the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lot l, City Block 220-A and iurther described as follows: BEGINNING at the intersection of the north bounda.r.y line of E. Price Street with the west boundary line of 20th N.E.; THENCE West with the said north boundary line of E. Price Street, 184.5 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot l; THENCE North, 65 feet to the northwest corner of said Lot l; THENCE East, 184.5 feet to a point in the west boundary linP of 20th N.E., the northeast corner of said Lot l; THENCE South with the sai_d west boundary line of 20th N.E., 65 feet to the place of beginnin.g. 5ection. 2. That the Director of Community Development of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zonir.g Map of the City of Paris in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expresslp repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
