<br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
<br /> CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
<br /> ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
<br /> COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON PART OF LOT 3 AND ALL OF LOT 4,
<br /> CITY BLOCK 266, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EARL BELLAMY, SO AS
<br /> TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE
<br /> FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE
<br /> BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED.
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> PARIS:

<br /> Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
<br /> by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
<br /> Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
<br /> and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is
<br /> hereby established on PART OF LOT 3 AND ALL OF LOT 4, CITY
<br /> BLOCK 266, on property belonging to EARL BELLAMY, so as to
<br /> include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter
<br /> described property, which was formerly and is presently
<br /> designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3),
<br /> and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be,
<br /> and the same are hereby established as follows:
<br /> Situated within the corporate limits of the
<br /> City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
<br /> Texas, and being a part of the Reddin Russell and
<br /> Hiram Williar.is Surveys within the City of Paris,
<br /> Lamar County, Texas and being part of the same
<br /> property deeded from the Sanitarium of Paris to L.
<br /> G. Glasscock and wife, Lena G. Glasscock, dated
<br /> July 18, 1952, and recorded in Volume 325, Page
<br /> 580, Lamar County Deed Records; also being part of
<br /> the same property described in deed from Selby
<br /> Pierce and wife to L. G. Glasscock and wife dated
<br /> December 17, 1963, and recorded in Volume 410,
<br /> Page 137, of Lamar County Deed Records and
<br /> described by metes and bounds as follows:
<br /> BEGINNING at a point in the North right-of
<br /> way line of F.M. Highway 195, said point being the
<br /> most southerly southeast corner of said Glasscock
<br /> tract;
<br /> THENCE South 78°14'W along said North
<br /> right-of-way line of F.M. 195, a distance of 298.1
<br /> feet to a point;
<br /> THENCE South 76°05'W along said right-of-way
<br /> line, a distance of 80.2 feet to a point in the
<br /> North boundary line of Martin Luther King, Jr.,
<br /> Drive;
<br /> THENCE North 81°51'W with said North boundary
<br /> line, 297.0 feet to a point;
<br /> THENCE North 6°45'E, a distance of 310.0 feet
<br /> to a point;
<br /> THENCE North 81°51'W, a distance of 98.0 feet
<br /> to a point;
<br /> THErdCE North 6°45'E, a distance of 735.5 feet
<br /> to a point;
<br /> THENCE North 81°51'W, a distance of 270.0
<br /> feet to a point in the West boundary line of said
<br /> Glasscock tract;
<br /> THENCE i3orth 6°45'W along said West boundary
<br /> line, a distance of 607.0 feet to the most
<br /> westerly northwest corner of said tract;
