85-016 ORD PROVIDING CODE OF ORDINANCES BE AMENDED BY REVISING TRAFFIC PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN PARAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE
ORDINANCE N0. 85-016
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS
BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PAR.AGR.APH (b) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; PROVIDING FOR
HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONES; PROVIDING FOR A PEPdALTY NOT TO
EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDIPdANCES OR PARTS OR ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR A11 EFFECTIVE
DATE OF MAY 1, 1985.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (b) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include
Handicapped Parking Zones as follows:
"The most Westerly parking spacP on the South
side of Clarksville Street, in the 100 block."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misdemeanor,
and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum not to exceed
$200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
May 1, 1985.
