AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) ON LOT 2, BLOCK 213, ON
PROPERTY BELONGING TO CHRIS R. LEE, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN
TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING
DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE
TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a T4J0 FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be, and the
same is hereby established on LOT 2, BLOCK 213, on property
belonging to CHRIS R. LEE, so as to include in such TWO
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT PdO. 2(SF-2), and that the
boundaries of said TWO FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT (2F), be,
and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being a part of the Asa Jarr,lan Survey
and being Lots 12 and 13 in Block "D" of the
College Addition to the City of Pris, Texas and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a stake the S.E. corner of a lot
sold by L. Gregg by A. D. Kidd on Martin Ave.
THENCE South on Martin Avenue, 100 feet, a
stake;
THENCE West 150 feet a stake;
THENCE North 100 feet a stake the SW corner
of said Gregg lot;
THENCE East 150 feet to the place of
beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
