ORDINANCE NO. $5-043 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 5-B, 6-A AND 6-B, BLOCK 316, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO DARVIS DAVISON, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DFSIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT PdO. 2(SF-2); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DI5TRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is hereby established on LOTS 5-B, 6-A AND 6-B, BLOCK 316, on property belonging to DARVIS DAVISON, so as to include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY DWELLING D3STRICT NO. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of Texas, and being Lots 5-B, 6-A and 6-B, Block 316, and being further described as follows: TRACT I BEGINNING at an iron pipe, the Southwest corner of said tract said pipe being iri the East Boundary Line of 31st St. N.E.; THENCE S 89 Degrees 39 Minutes E a distance of 150 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE North a distance of 100 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE N 89 Degrees 39 Minutes W a distance of 150 feet to a stake for corner in the East Boundary Line of 31st St. N.E.; THENCE South a distance of 100 feet to the place of beginning and containing 0.344 Acres of land. TRACT II BEGINNING at a stake for corner said stake being North 100 feet from the Southwest corner of said tract; and also being in the East Boundary Line of 31st St. N.E.; THENCE S 89 Degrees 39 Minutes E a distance of 150 feet to a stake for corner; THENCE South 100 feet to a stake for corner in the South Boundary Line of said Lot 6A; THENCE S 89 Degrees 39 Minutes E along the South Boundary Line of Lot 6 a distance of 448.2 feet to an iron pin for corner; THENCE North 0 Degrees 42 Minutes W along the East Boundary Line of Lot 6 a distance of 274 feet to an iron pipe for corner; THENCE N 89 Degrees 56 Minutes W along the North Bouridary Line of Lot 6 a distance of 595 feet to an iron pipe for corner in the east Boundary Line of 31st St. N.E.; THENCE South a distance of 171 feet to the place of beginning and containing 3.387 acres of land.
