85-049 ORD ADOPTING BUDGET FOR ENSUING FISCAL PERIOD BEGINNING OCTOBER 1 1985 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30 1986 ORDINANCE N0. $5-049 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE ENSUING FISCAL PERIOD BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1985, AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30, 1986, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF PARIS, APPROPRIATING THE VARIOUS AMOUNTS THEREOF AND REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT THEREWITH. WHEREAS, the City Manager of the City of Paris has submitted to the City Council a proposed budget of the revenues of said City and the expenses of conducting the affairs thereof and providing a complete financial plan for the ensuing fiscal period, beginning October l, 1985 and ending September 30, 1986, and which said proposed budget has been compiled fram detailed information obtained from the several departments, divisions and offices of said City; and, WHEREAS, the City Council has received said City Manager's proposed budget, a copy of which proposed budget and all supporting schedules have been filed with the City Clerk of the City of Paris, and is of the opinion that the same should be approved and adopted and that a public hearing before the City Council has been provided for as required by Article V, Section 50, of the Charter of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section l. That the proposed budget of the revenues of the City of Paris and the expenses of canducting the affairs thereof, providing a complete financial plan for the ensuing fiscal period beginning October l, 1985 and ending September 30, 1986, as submitted to the City Council by the City Manager of said City, be, and the same is in all things adopted and approved as the budget of all of the current expenses as well as the fixed charges against said city for the fiscal period beginning October 1, 1985 and ending September 30, 1986. Section 2.
