AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) ON LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK B OF EAST
PARK ADDITION, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO EARL JETTON, SO AS
TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE
FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be, and the same is
hereby established on LOTS 1 AND 2, BLOCK B OF EAST PARK
ADDITION, on property belonging to EARL JETTON, so as to
include in such COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C) the hereinafter
described property, which was formerly and is presently
designated as a ONE FAMTLY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3),
and that the boundaries of said COMMERCIAL DISTRICT (C), be,
and the same a.re hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, an.d being LOTS 1 AND 2, F3LOCK B OF EAST
PARK ADDITION.
Section 2. That the Director of. Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the Cir_y af Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conf.lict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular sessi_on convened, in the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 9th day of December,
1985.
