CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUr1DARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHITdG A
GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR) ON LOT 2, BLOCK A, ON PROPERTY
BELGNGING TO KEN BOLYARD, SU AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY
FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2
(SF-2) ; AL3D DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE GEPIER.AL RETAIL
DISTRICT (GR) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COU1`,CIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same is
hereby establi_shed on LOT 2, BLOCK A, on property belonging
to KEN BOLYARD, so as to include in such GENERAL RETAIL
DISTRICT (GR) the hereinafter described property, which was
formerly and is presently designated as a ONE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 2(SF-2), and that the boundaries of
said GENERAL RETAIL DISTRICT (GR), be, and the same are
hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lar.lar_, and State of
Texas, anci being Lot 2, Block A, Jubilee Addition
to the City of Paris as shown on plat of said
addition of record in Plat Records, Lamar County,
Texas.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions ot Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, ir. the Council Room,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 13th da.y of February,
1984.
