AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE UF OP.DINANCES, CITY OF PARIS, PARIS,
TEXAS, BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC-CONTROL DEVICE hiAP
ADOPTED IPd PAFtAGRAPH (b) OF SECTION 29-80 OF SAID CODE;
PROVIDING FOR A PE1`dALTY NOT TO EXCEED $200.00; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT; HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR Atd EFFECTIVE DATE OF APRIL 1, 1984.
BE IT ORDAIPIED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the Traffic-Control Device Map adopted
in Paragraph (b) of Section 29-80 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City af Paris be ame.nded to include a stop sign as
follocas :
"Stop, Misty Lane at Old Clarksville Road, from
the East."
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misde-
r_-ieanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in an.y sum not to
exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordin_ances or parts of ordir_ances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
April 1, 1984.
Passed and adopted this 12th day of March, 1984.
