AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS,
PROVIDING THAT THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS
BE AMENDED BY REVISING THE TRAFFIC NO-PARKING MAP ADOPTED IN
PAF.AGRAPH (c) OF SECTION 29-112 OF SAID CODE; ESTABLISHING A
NO PARKING AREA; PROVIDING FOR A PENALTY NOT TO EXCEEB
$200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINAZdCES OR PARTS OR ORDIIVANCES IN
COr1FLICT HEREWITH; ANB PROVIDING FOF. AIv EFFECTIVE DATE OF
APRIL 1, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUr:CIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That thP Traffic No Parking Map adopted in
Paragraph (c) of Section 29-112 of the Code of Ordinances of
the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, be amended to include the
following No Parking area:
"On the South side of West Center Street,
from the West curb line of 7th N. W. Street, West
263 feet".
Section 2. Any person violating any of the provisions
o.f this ordinance shall be guilty of a Class "C" Misde-
meanor, and upon conviction shall be fined in any suri not to
exceed $200.00.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
April 1, 1984.
