AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 83-010 WHICH
AMETIDED ZONING ORDINANCE No. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY kEVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIUING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAP1; REPEALING ALL
QRDItdANCES OR YARTS OF ORDINAIJCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDIPIG FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 12, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 83-010 of
the City of Paris be ar.iended so that such shall read as
follows:
"Section 2. The site plan, including the
drainage plan, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is
approved."
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby eYpressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
riarch 12, 1984.
