AND 3-A, C7TY BLQCK 205, on propert:y belonging to GARY hiASH,
ET AL, so as to include in such PLANNED DEVELOYMEPv'T DISTRICT
- ShOPPING CE1`dTER (PD-a) the hereir.after described property,

Sittiated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of. Lamar, and State of
Texas, a.ncl being a part of the Asa 3arman Survey,
and more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at thE intersection of the South

conflict here.with are hereby expre.ssly repealed.
Section. 5. Thi_s crdinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
