BE TT ORDAINEU BY THE CTTY COtrr;ClL aF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Sub-Paragraph (b), of Section 7-35
of the Ccde of Ordina.nces of the City of Paris, Paris,
Texas, be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"(b) A copy of th.e part of the report dealing
with the pr.operty owners property sha.ll be given
or nzailed to the own.er, together with the informa-
tion that a full copy of the report: i.s available
for review in the office of the City Cler_k of the
City of Paris, together with the pr_obable time and
date that the Ci.ty Counci.l wiil consider the full
report."
Section 2, Any persori violating any ef the pro-
visiolls of this ordinance shal) be guilty of a Class "C"
rlisdemeanor, anci ugon conviction shall be fined in any sur.m
not to exceed $1,000.00, ar_d each and every day ` s con.tinu-
ance of any violatior_ of the above enumerated section shall
constitute and be deemed a separate offense.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts oi ardinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repea.7ed.
Section 4. This ordinancP shull become effecta_ve or_
M'ay 1, 1984.
