AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE
CITY OF PARIS, PARIS, TEXAS AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES
ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISAING A
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) ON LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 235-A,
ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO GARY PIRTLE, SO AS TO INCLUDE
THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A ONE FAMILY
DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3); AND DESIGNATING THE BOUND-
ARIES OF THE LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) SO ESTABLISHED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established
by the Zoning Map and Ordinance No. 1710 of the City of
Paris, Paris, Texas, be, and the same are hereby changed,
and that a LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and the same
is hereby established on LOT 7, CITY BLOCK 235-A, on pro-
perty belonging to GARY PIRTLE, so as to include in such
LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI) the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as
a ONE FAMILY DWELLING DISTRICT N0. 3(SF-3), and that the
boundaries of said LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (LI), be, and
the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the
City of Paris, County of Lamar, and State of
Texas, and being Lot 7, City Block 235-A, more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the East boundary
line of 19th N. W., said point being North 312
feet from the North boundary line of West
Henderson Street;
THENCE North with the East boundary line of
19th N. W., 312 feet to a point for corner;
THENCE East, 625 feet to a point;
THENCE South, 312 feet to a point;
THENCE West, 615 feet to the place of
beginning.
Section 2. That the Director of Community Development
of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to
change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use
map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the
provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Paris, in regular session convened, in the Council Roor.m,
City Hall, Paris, Texas, on this the 14th day of May, 1984.
