ORDINANCE N0. 84-035
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 2423 WHICH
AMENDED ZONING ORDINANCE N0. 1710 OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS, BY REVISING SECTION 2 OF SAID ORDINANCE;
PROVIDING FOR THE APPROVAL OF A SITE PLAN; REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MAY 14, 1984.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1. That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2423 of the
City of Paris be amended so that such shall read as follows:
"Section 2. The site plan attached hereto as
Exhibit A, is approved.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on
May 14, 1984.
Passed and adopted this 14th day of May, 1984.
